ORCHARD LAKE EVE - MI

Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible.

Starting in September 2021, we will study the books of Philemon, 1,2&3 John, Jude and Revelation.

Each class member receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions.

We will uphold CDC and state guidelines for COVID 19 as updated.

Each week you will participate in a small group discussion and teaching of each lesson.

We offer a caring, supportive community in which to study the Word of God and grow spiritually.

Our CBS class has groups for women, men, singles, couples, and young adults.

We meet in two locations, Orchard Lake and Clarkston in addition to an on-line only option.

ABOUT THE CLASS

This is a Co-Ed Class

TUE at 7:20 PM - 9:00 PM

The Small Group Discussion time for the Orchard Lake location will be from 7:30-8:30pm every Tuesday evening starting on September 15th.

The Small Group Discussion time for the Clarkston location is 7:00 to 8:30 pm every Thursday evening beginning on September 17th. There will then be a recorded teaching by the Teaching Director or Associate Teaching Director which can be viewed following the discussion time.

There will also be an ON LINE ONLY option which will meet on Wednesdays starting September 16 at 7:00 pm

Currently Studying: Christian Leadership, Christian Living, Revelation

Study for 2021 - 2022 will cover:

CHRISTIAN LIVING. Over 12 weeks, we will look at the books of Philemon, 1,2&3 John and Jude. These books give practical guidance for living the Christ-centered life. The letters encourage Christians to live lives of truth and love. You will learn how to identify false teachers, how to be sure of your salvation and much more.

REVELATION. Over 18 weeks we will study the book of Revelation. Jesus Christ appears in all HIS glory. We will examine prophecy and God's overriding plan for creation since the beginning of time through etermity. This study will help you to live in watchful readiness for the LORD's return.

Young Adult

The YoungAdult Community Bible Study is for the community-everyone: Those with extensive knowledge of the Bible and those who have never opened it .Our core group consists of young men and women from 18-35. Our approach is to study scripture with an open mind, and to build community along the way.

Everyone's perspective and comments are welcome and help us learn and grow on our spiritual journey.

In addition to meeting weekly to study the bible, we also meet periodically outside of class for social events and serving in the local community.

All the things we do together in the YA Community Bible Study have a cumulative effect over time. That is to build close personal relationships that are authentic. So come out and experience this adventure for yourself.
